Surreal Resolution News Post #2 – Our Anime Podcast Has Arrived!

Hello again, readers! Back in April, we introduced a new way of announcing our latest projects, a live presentation streamed on Twitch called “News Posts.” Tonight, we streamed our second installment in this video presentation series and announced a few exciting projects/updates for Surreal Resolution. Did you miss the live stream? Don’t worry! Down below you will find all of the important updates that you missed.

Our New Additions

Introducing PodcastONA, Surreal Resolution’s new anime podcast. PodcastONA will bring listeners into the world of anime, both in terms of professional industry news and the collective fandom. Expect new episodes to be released every other Saturday on iTunes, Google Play. On Mondays, catch the show in video format on Vid.me. PodcastONA will launch on June 10th, 2017.

We are expanding our music podcast, Decibel Boost,  with a new monthly segment, which we are calling the “Monthly Roundup.” This monthly segment will go in-depth on each month’s major album releases that otherwise wouldn’t be covered on the main, weekly show. The Monthly Roundup is also the great opportunity to bring on guests to discuss their favorite albums of the month. Decibel Boost Monthly Roundup will launch on July 6th, 2017.

The Training Stage is going LIVE on Twitch for E3 2017. Tune in from June 10th-13th for live commentary, pre- and post-shows, and special guest appearances for every major E3 press conference. We will also be covering each conference live on Twitter, with photos, so if you can’t tune in on Twitch, you can still follow along with us on Twitter. Keep an eye on our feeds for a detailed schedule for our streaming plans.

Updates

Announced outside of the latest News Post, there will be a new batch of Salty Flicks episodes releasing this week. Joey and Gavin are back in action with reviews on Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie and more!

Announced during April’s News Post stream, The Training Stage Quick Bits will take select segments from each episode of the show to be released on their own. After a slight delay, we are happy to announce that we are launching Quick Bits on June 26th, 2017. The Training Stage is also now officially on Vid.me, with an episode available right now on the channel.

I also want to take this opportunity to re-confirm our development on Video Game Memoirs, a new produced show coming to Surreal Resolution, which we announced during our last News Post. The show is still scheduled to begin airing this Fall. We’ll have more details as we get closer to launch. Also, our announcements are far from over, so keep an eye out this summer for some smaller Surreal Resolution updates. Thanks for supporting us!
